In this case, damage values don't make much sense to me, if there is no enemy HP to compare them with. I tried explaining everything in percentage increases, because absolute numbers have near to no value without context. Some damage values are already saved in 'private developer comments' for a long time now.
Either my own testing, information from the internet or someone else's comment. )Īre you sure about Baldur Shell protecting 4 hits instead of 4 Masks of damage, though!? I wanted to correct it now, but felt like I remember phrasing it exactly this way for a good reason. I'll be adding all those information soon! Heavy Blow at only 1 notch was a mistake that somehow happened at editing, though. I also have to do some slight visual overhauls for lines breaking ugly around pictures etc. Thanks for all the hints and new information! I rushed this new version of the guide last night in one go.PS: If you're reading this, are still new to the game, but are looking for a very specific information, I also updated both information and visuals of the original version of the guide, which is full of spoiler tags, so it's safe to browse through. Greetings to all of you in this very lovely community for this amazing game! Gods & Glory will be featured as well, of course. I won't put all the Lifeblood changes into it, until that patch is live, though. I'll be updating both guides for future updates. And I personally still like the idea of combining information. I know that the existence of a fully organised Wiki might make any guides like these obsolete and not worth it anymore, but I wanted to finally finish what I started over a year ago. A guide's purpose is to help people, but it can only do so, when it reaches them. While I really don't care for compliments or anything, I obviously want to reach as many people as possible. In combination with my second observation, that my guide is basically dead here on Reddit with only 150 upvotes, while I reached nearly 20.000 people on Steam, it was extremely clear on which platform I'll put hours on hours of work into it. Editing text is so much easier on Steam, not to name all the features like including pictures etc. The text is formatted so strongly, that it's horrible for me to edit it in any way, so that the guide is up-to-date and features all recent changes and information. The first being that designing a visually appealing guide on Reddit is nearly impossible. ( ) After copying it to Steam I realized two things, though.
This guide was originally created in and for this very Sub-Reddit. It looks better and is by far easier to read than ever, take a look! ) Depending on when you last checked, there might be some new secret Charm combinations waiting for you. While I didn't want to get rid of the guide in it's form, I wanted to rework it anyway, so I decided to create this second version. Hollow Knight is more than a year old by now, though and some people started complaining about the spoiler tags. Many people, especially on Reddit liked that approach a lot.
Since Hollow Knight is a game that is best experienced completly blind, I put A LOT of spoiler tags into my guide, so it's really safe to browse. After I played through it I tested Charm combinations for hours on end. I created it just a few days after the game was launched, because I was so immensly in love with it. You can access it here:Ĭhances are you might have visited my original Charm guide. Hey! Due to popular demand I created a version of my Complete Charm Collection guide that is completly free of any spoiler tags! It's also up-to-date with The Grimm Troupe update, including very specific values, finally pictures of all Charms and a visual overhaul. r/demonssouls /r/darksouls /r/darksouls2 /r/darksouls3 /r/bloodborne /r/saltandsanctuary /r/castlevania /r/metroid Ultra-high-resolution Interactive Hallownest Map at with downloads and making-of videos. These sites have cool Hollow Knight content!
